Hey! It's Taylor, I'm doing the blog today!(: (Mr. Jones assigned it to me).   Today we have an hour and 30 minutes in class, so today we are doing a "10th Grade CST Challenge". The challenge required groups of four and we all had to answer questions on a piece of paper from the 10th grade CST released questions.  Which ever group gets the most correct will receive a prize. . . . . (i think its CANDYYYYYY!:] ) So we started correcting, and from the looks of my group's faces  and how non-enthusiactic they are at the correct answers, I don't think we're getting a prize. OH MY, Rita is trying to justify another answer. . . She's very good at debating and proving a point! dang it, our team didn't get candy! Sophia, Corey, and some other person's group got candy! Congrats to them :D My team didn't win. . . .and we didn't get a good score either :P Oh wait, we're playing ANOTHER ROUND. . . we're about to go over the correct answers! (Hope I get CANDYYY!)  YAAAY! Mr. Jones is giving the whole class candy! 


omg zoha is leaving me and not going to the same school as me. you know how sad that is...can you imagine life without zoha! oh well ill miss her.

Mr. Jones started the class by speaking about what we will be doing over the next few days. Mr. Jones said that he might have grades for our poetry projects within the next few weeks. We are now doing vocab.

okayy..so were about to read a story from the english book. umm..mr.jones is telling us a story about the time where they had computers for like the first time in like college or something like dat(x Mr. Jones just told tyler to put his water bottle away..he's peeling that thingy around it off or somethin;P and now he's talking about what you wanna major in in college and yea..mann..idk what to write anymore..Zohaa! i wanna see the poster you made me!D: u forgot to bring it yesterday>.< Mr. Jones is reading about the author of the story, Isaac Asimov. Woah..the title page of the story is funky looking 0.o oh barnicles!! i can't see the book...Jacob's sleeping on it u_u haha idk why but i just thought of the commercial..who knows this--> Chuck e cheese's!!!! Rita is reading a very emotional poem called "phenomenal woman"...and its really long. Okay its over *snap*snap*. Tyler's wearing a shirt with hearts and slits in the back and he seems pretty proud of it. Now we are going to do a timed test.. the explanation for it was 5 minutes and t --thats when it started-- It was really weird and about a persons "EQ". OH HEY! Another test! (TGF test)

(Mr. Jones writing)  :p   Yes, the agenda is long today, but there's lots to do!  Just to re-cap, we took 2 tests today: the "TGF" test and the "MAZE" test, a district mandated English test.  If you were absent, please schedule some time on Monday to take this test.  And Emely is right: the instructions were longer than the test itself. And....she's not exaggerating: students are given only 3 minutes to finish the MAZE test.

So first we listend to a song by Pink Floyed then we saw pictures of Ms. Nakada she was so cute. Then Rita read her  blog. Now we are doing CST prep. Daniella says hi and Camila your pretty and Sharon heres your mention. Mona and Julia said we didn't get to work on are poems a lot in class and I agree we only got 2 periods to work on it. I think we should have got more time like we did for NaNoWriMo. Now we recycled are papers. I keep on having to ask Lexi and Sophia how to spell things. Its the end of class so bye!
